Dear Mr Editor,
This is to draw your attention on BELGACOM (the famous Belgian telecommunications company, the very one the other countries are jealous on us Belgians about), more precisely on the web site that this company dedicates to its customers, i.e. the so-called Belgacom E-SERVICES web pages.
I hereby suggest that you classify this site as the holder of the security-paranoïa record for the coming year, on the following ground:
Assuming you are a pugnacious enough surfer, and furthermore, desesperately want an access to this site, you will end up finding that in order to open and use an account with them, it is necessary to know /remember and type-in a record amount of information items, amounting at least to the double of the majority of the websites routinely reached by normal people: the user name (login), password, customer ID, and activation code.
The rules on the password are very stringent (it must contain a minimum number of letter AND a minimum number of digit, etc).

My guess on why Belgacom's WebMasters implemented such ferocious access security procedure : the main usage of the site is to find out the amount of one's forthcoming phone bill ; imagine the mess Belgacom would be in if anybody could be able to pay anybody else's phone bill ?
